Redtail Retial was founded by a VTuber talent manager who wasn't satisfied with the practices and treatment her talents experienced over the years. Our Goal is to make sure all creators to know more about the merch business so that they can make more well informed decisions. Even if a talent doesn't end up working with us, we are transparent upfront about our processes so that talents know their options, and can understand a bit about how things work behind the curtain.

Other than our dedication to transparency to our talents, we also work hard to provide high-quality and unique merchandise to everyone we work with! Of course, there's always those fan-favorite items that make their way into drops, but we always lend an ear to our talents crazy ideas. We put a lot of time into reviewing applications and researching new talents to work with, so when we do end up partnering together for a drop, we want to make it special!

We work on a preorder basis for all of our drops to ensure talents don't have to risk the cost of excess stock. Sometimes, we'll order a few extras to throw back up on the website later on for those who missed the preorder period depending on the talents comfortability. While we run an online store, we are hoping to eventually go to multiple conventions per year to bring these amazing VTuber communities meet and greets with their oshi! Currently, we only have the capacity to go to Offkai in 2026. As we grow, we'll definitely look to expand our reach to other conventions!

And lastly, for the unfun stuff: Please do not order from us if you have a cat allergy! The store owner has cats. Also, we do not collect tarriffs, taxes, or duties on our website. So, when you get your package, you may be subject to pay those fees.
